Dance Classes

Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced
Dance

Contemporary Jazz

Flow, dynamics and expression with a mix of contemporary movement and jazz technique.

View schedule

A fluid class combining contemporary movement with jazz foundations. You will work with dynamics, musical interpretation, floorwork and transitions while learning choreography that gives room for both precision and personal expression.

Dance

Jazz Funk

High-energy choreography combining commercial jazz, attitude and sharp musicality.

View schedule

A bold, energetic class inspired by commercial dance. Expect sharp accents, groove, performance quality and choreography that challenges both coordination and confidence. The focus is on committing to the movement and making it your own.

Dance

Hip Hop Grooves & Drills

Build foundations, rhythm and groove through drills designed to make movement feel natural.

View schedule

This class goes back to the foundations. We repeat grooves, rhythms and movement patterns so they begin to feel natural in the body. Great for improving timing, coordination and confidence before applying the foundations to choreography.

Dance

Turns & Technique

Focus on balance, spotting, control and clean technique for stronger turns and movement quality.

View schedule

A technique-focused class for dancers who want more control and consistency. We work with spotting, alignment, balance, preparation and clean execution, giving you tools that transfer directly into choreography and other dance styles.

Dance

Pop-up Class

Special one-off classes with changing teachers, themes and styles. Check the schedule for details.

View schedule

Pop-ups are where the schedule can change character. Expect guest teachers, special themes, new styles or one-off concepts that are not part of the regular weekly programme. The level and what to bring will always be stated with the individual class.

Aerial Classes

Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced
Aerial

Aerial Hoop

Explore shapes, transitions and sequences on the hoop while developing control and strength.

View schedule

Work with shapes, mounts, transitions and sequences on the hoop. You will develop grip strength, control and spatial awareness while learning how to connect individual skills into more fluid combinations.

Workout Classes

All levels
Workout

Pilates

Controlled full-body training with focus on core strength, alignment and movement quality.

View schedule

A controlled, full-body class centred on core strength, stability, posture and quality of movement. Exercises can be adjusted to your experience level, making the class equally useful as a foundation or as a complement to dance and aerial training.

Workout

Pilates HIIT

A more energetic Pilates-inspired class combining control with higher-intensity intervals.

View schedule

Pilates principles meet a faster training pace. The class combines controlled strength work with short higher-intensity intervals, creating a session that challenges both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Workout

Barre, Stretch & Strength

A balanced mix of strength, mobility and barre-inspired movement for the whole body.

View schedule

A varied session combining barre-inspired strength work, mobility and stretching. The goal is to build useful strength while improving range of motion and body control in a way that supports both everyday movement and other classes.
