Become a Sauna Cartel facilitator
We're a brand new studio in Copenhagen, so our facilitator team is still small — which means an early application actually helps shape how training here works. No towel-waving theatrics required. Just a steady presence, a feel for heat and rhythm, and a genuine interest in holding space for a room of strangers as they relax together.
What we look for
- A real interest in heat, breath and the sauna gus ritual
- Comfort speaking to and guiding a group
- Background in wellness, coaching, hospitality, music or performance is a plus — not required
How training works
- 1Apply — tell us a bit about yourself
- 2Meet the team — an informal chat, no pressure
- 3Shadow a live session with a current facilitator
- 4Co-lead, then lead your first gus solo
